The Catalonia El Pilar is a 4-star Hotel located in the middle of the Historic Quarter of Zaragoza, in the corner between Manifestación Street and the Justicia Square, only 100 meters away from the Pilar Square, the Pilar Basilique and the Old Central Market.
The main objective of our staff is to achieve a warm and friendly environment for our customers. We offer a close and familiar treatment. We are ready to assist guets in everything they could need.
The Hotel is set into a Historical building, which dates from 1902 and was designed by the famous architect Julio Bravo. It is a jewel of Modernism and one of the Zaragoza´s most significant buildings of this movement. It is considered as a touristic attraction by the Department of Tourism of Zaragoza. The hotel was fully renovated in 2003. One of its main attractions are the three façades in which highlight the floral decoration made of stone and wrought iron that surrounds the windows and balconies.

Catalonia El Pilar is located in Zaragoza’s old town, 2 minutes’ walk from the central market and the Basilica del Pilar. It offers a modern gym, and rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

El Pilar is housed in an early 20th-century building designed in Modernist style and it still has the original wooden lifts.

All rooms at Hotel Catalonia El Pilar have air conditioning and heating. They feature a private bathroom with hairdryer, as well as a work desk and free safety deposit box.
