The historic Luxurious 5 Star Hotel Adriatik, was built by Enver Hoxha in 1957, representing the first class hospitality state owned property of the Tourism Complex, located at the most exclusive beach in Durres. Hotel Adriatik was serving exclusively only to foreign guests, to Presidents, Diplomats and Chairs of States, and to distinguished foreign guests. Adriatik, until the fall of Communism, in 1991 was only a dream for Albanians. They were not allowed to visit or stay at Adriatik Hotel. After the privatisation from Dudaj Family, the totally reconstructed, “Adriatik Hotel”, from 2003, represents an Exclusive Five-star complex open for everyone inclined to taste the impeccable service in a perfect place. 25 min away from Tirana and Rinas Airport, just meters from the sea, with two indoor restaurants, a Pool bar, Two Beach Bars,with the largest outdoor pool, of 900 m.square, in the Albanian Coast, with a huge water-slide, all surrounded by a palm garden, private parking, tennis court and 24/7 security. Non Smoking rooms.
The rooms have mini-bars, safes, direct phone-line, satellite TV free channels, air-conditioning, Jacuzzi and bathtub. WiFi is available all over the hotel.

Adriatik Hotel is located just a few steps from the beach and 5 km from the Centre of Durres, it offers Spa Centre, a bar and a restaurant with a terrace, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool and sports facilities. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided.

All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a desk, a TV, a phone and a minibar. Each bathroom provides a bath.
