Built from the ground up in 2013, the Hotel Ballard is one of the newest additions to historic Ballard Avenue. Furnished entirely by the owner and interior designer, every square inch has been meticulously planned and exquisitely executed. Independent from any corporate hotel chain, this property is a quintessential boutique experience. There are sweeping views of Salmon Bay on our rooftop terrace, as well as a small fireside library with an eclectic collection. Included in your room is also access to the stylish Olympic Athletic Club, a three-story fitness facility, and a staple of the Ballard neighborhood since 1979. We also offer room service from local restaurants; dinner through the chic Mediterranean hot-spot Stoneburner, and breakfast from the cozy bakery Alison’s Coastal Café. Alison’s also provides a selection of fresh pastries every morning, complimentary for guests. We has only 29 guest rooms, resplendent with state-of-the-art décor and furnishings, with bedding so comfortable you may never want to leave.
