Welcome to Grassington House, a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian House set in the middle of Grassington Village cobbled square. It was built by The Brown Family of Skipton, as a fine Georgian private residence. They were involved in the Hebden/Skipton turnpike road.
The house comprises of 9 individually decorated bedrooms, starting with our house doubles through to the two premium rooms and finally our three superior rooms. Some of our rooms have ornate roll top baths in the rooms, some have larger shower rooms.
All our rooms have organic Sedbergh soap toiletries, waffle bathrobes, hairdryers, our own house mineral water, fresh semi skimmed milk and homemade flapjacks as well as a selection of fresh coffee with a cafetiere and an extensive tea selection.

As we are situated in the village square we have easy access to the village's shops and other amentities. Or you can just relax and enjoy the quiet village life.

Located amongst Wharfedale’s limestone hills in the Yorkshire Dale National Park, this 5-star restaurant with rooms serves seasonal dishes made using local produce, including Grassington’s own hand-reared, rare breed pork.

Full English breakfasts, light meals such as tapas-style dishes, and an a la carte menu are available in the Grassington House award-winning restaurant. Guests can also relax with a drink in the bar and packed lunches can be made on request.

Grassington House is within 200 metres of the Dales Way long-distance footpath and scenic walks can be enjoyed in the surrounding countryside. Free private parking is provided and the medieval Skipton Castle can be reached after a 20-minute drive.

Each of the 9 rooms has been individually designed with full facilities and amenities, including flat-screen TVs, docking stations, Wi-Fi and tea and coffee. Home-baked goods from the kitchen are also on offer.
