Grania Bali Villas is a private villas located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. Sits on a 250 sqm land for our Two-Bedrooms Villa and 150 sqm for our One-Bedroom Villa with a private swimming pool for each villa .

A 5-minute walk from Seminyak Street and famous Sunset Road, Grania Bali Villas offers elegant open-space living with a private pool and gardens. It provides free WiFi and a kitchenette.

Beautifully decorated in a modern style, the air-conditioned villas feature a living room with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player and sofa. En suite bathrooms are spacious and come with a bathtub.

Grania Bali Villas is a 10-minute drive from Petitenget and Legian Beaches. Famous eateries like Ku De Ta, La Luciola and Tratoria Pizza are within a 5-minute drive.

A daily American breakfast is served in-villa. Meals can be prepared in the villa's well-equipped kitchenette, with its microwave and mini stoves. Upon request, a personal chef is available for intimate poolside dining.
