Welcome to L’Avenida, Mallorca's finest boutique property.

This beautiful turn-of-the-century building is not just a warm and welcoming home-from-home, but a living, breathing piece of Mallorca's architectural history. Only 10 years ago the neglected mansion house lay in total ruin. So with the help of talented local craftsmen and an unwavering vision we set about bringing a listed 1907 building back to life. Ornate plaster ceilings were carefully restored, the majestic marble staircase rebuilt, and now the house is an elegant sanctuary far away from all the stresses of modern day life.

As passionate hoteliers we know what it means to escape the humdrum of daily life to find priceless, indulgent moments. So everything we do at L’Avenida is for designed for you. From the moment you step inside you know things will be just perfect. Great hotel experiences are not just about fixtures and fittings or pools and spas. They are also about the dedicated people who run them, and the kind-hearted, genuine staff who surround you during your stay. This elegant property located 2 minutes’ walk from the main square in Sóller, is 7 minutes from Puerto de Sóller Beach by tram. It has an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi.

Set in a 100 year-old mansion house, L’Avenida offers chic, eclectic interiors. All air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV, wooden floors and large, comfortable beds. Slippers are provided and most rooms have great mountain views.

The Avenida’s seasonal pool has a sun terrace with sunbeds and bar service.

L’Avenida Bistro serves al fresco lunches by the pool. The property also has a lounge bar.

Guests can easily visit Palma de Mallorca by taking the traditional wooden tram which connects Palma with Puerto de Sóller. Car rental and airport shuttle services are available.
