Hotel AWA is a family owned project that took 10 years to be designed, planned and built, from the first napkin design to what it is now. The idea was born with the motivation to share the amazing sites and culture that Puerto Varas and the Lake District have to offer.
Designed, built and owned by architects, it has a strong architectural concept focused on highlighting the views of Llanquihue Lake and Osorno Volcano. This concrete exposed Hotel is filled with living materials, all collected within the Lake District, to give a warm and welcoming setting to our guests.
When you visit AWA you will enjoy our 5 pillars of service: high quality cuisine prepared with local ingredients and traditions; a complete and modern Spa with Signature Treatments; our exclusive location allows our guests privacy, tranquility and Lake shore with a private dock, all within a 20 minutes car ride to down town Puerto Varas; our incredible architectural concept will amaze you and make you feel comfortable and relaxed; all this meets our principal concept and philosophy, that is based on the essence of water, which is fluency, and therefore our mission is to provide a fluent and seamless experience.

Set on the shores of Llanquihue lake and boasting stunning lake and volcano views, the recently-built Hotel AWA offers luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access in Puerto Varas. Guests are greeted at the property with a welcome drink and a complimentary breakfast is served daily.
