The Björnson Eko-šport Hotel is located in the magnificent surroundings of Low Tatra National Park, right at the center of the Jasná Ski Resort in Demänovská Dolina, Slovakia. The chalet was built in 1952 in the typical mountain style and was one of the best-known and most popular mountain hotels in Slovakia. After having been completely reconstructed and modernized, Björnsonka is reopening its doors in 2016.

The hotel lies close to the slopes and chairlifts, so you can just ski from the hotel to anywhere in Jasná Ski Resort. However, fantastic outdoor scenery and the option of many different sports near the Björnsonka make it the ideal holiday destination not just in winter but anytime during the year. Staying at the Björnsonka guarantees having ideal ski resorts, well-prepared cross-country ski trails, the most beautiful hiking and cycling routes as well as world-famous caves within reach.

Alongside the Björnson Hotel are two other lodging facilities situated on the grounds - The Villa and the Hostel. At Björnsonka anyone can find suitable accommodation – families with children, a large group of friends, honeymoon and older couples, or even a bunch of young snowboarders.

Situated in Demanovska Valley and only 100 metres from the Jasna Ski Area, Hotel Björnson Jasná & Björnson TREE HOUSES offers accommodation furnished in the chalet-style and with views of the surrounding countryside.
