Beautiful mountains, excellent conditions and our Hotel Kristall which is located at one of the top positions in Obertauern have been drawing skiers to this place for many years.

The name gives you the first clue of where you will be going. ‘Ober‘ means ‘upper’ and ‘Tauern’ is the high mountain region where you will be skiing. Get ready to enjoy your holidays at the very top!

Hotel Kristall is right next to the ski slope in the centre of Obertauern, only a few steps away from the ski lift and the cross-country ski run.

This family-run 4-star hotel features a sauna with infrared cabin. There is also a children’s playroom, a table tennis room, a breakfast room with panoramic views and a hotel bar, which is open daily from 17:00.

An evening menu is available with small delicacies.

Free parking and a parking garage (at an additional cost) are available at the Kristall.

A practice lift for children is right in front of Hotel Kristall. Ski schools, restaurants, shops, and a sports centre are close by.
