The villa is nested on quite location surrounded by olive trees looking at the Brijuni National Park.
Close to the town center, where you can get by very short walk as well it is close to the pebble beach, restaurants and shops.
It is perfectly located for various sport activities such as golf, tennis, wind surfing, diving, biking.

Ideal for family vacation. The Villa has a big plot of land with a nice sized pool, covered dining area and a children playground.

Situated a 10-minute walk from the village centre of Fažana with its restaurants and white,long pebble beach, Villen Matija & Mima offers villas with their own their own outdoor pool, sauna, parking space, barbecue and covered dining area.
The pools are heated by a solar system with the support of the heat pump. Even in December we have temperatures of over 20 degrees in the swimming pool.

Villen Matija & Mima is 5 km from Pula, 12 km from Pula Airport, and 15 km from Rovinj. Pula is the departing point of boats providing links to Brijuni islands and Brijuni National Park.
